Regina Olbinsky is an accomplished practice advisor, coach, trainer, and entrepreneur. She helps attorneys, partners, and law firms identify and achieve their goals by implementing processes and systems in all aspects of practice management, particularly Time Management, Client Development, Staffing, and Cash Flow / Profitability that give them back control over their business and their lives.
With more than 15 years experience in human resource management, leadership / organizational development, coaching and advising, Regina has a special interest in seeing Lawyers as Leaders – getting things done with and through others to positively impact cash flow, bottom line results and staff engagement.
Regina also provides customized training seminars and speaking engagements on a variety of topics, including Leadership Development, Time Management, Staffing / Human Resources, Relationship Building / Networking / Client Development, Emotional and Social Intelligence, and DISC / Communication Styles.
Regina holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BS with Honors in Psychology, Human Resource Management and Russian from The Ohio State University. She has continued her commitment to lifelong learning through certifications as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - Human Resource Certification Institute, Executive Emotional Intelligence Coach - Weatherhead, Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) - Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, Certified Law Firm Practice Advisor - Atticus Inc, and DISC - Inscape. Regina continues to attend numerous classes and seminars annually in order to stay current in business and professional changes.
She has been actively involved with numerous community and professional organizations, most extensively and notably as past President of the Cleveland Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), where she received the Outstanding Member of the Year award for her many contributions to the Chapter and profession. Regina founded and chaired C-SHRM’s innovative, cross-company mentoring program, which was recognized with a SHRM National Pinnacle Award in 2005, and formed and chaired the Chapter’s Advisory Board of Senior Human Resource Leaders. Regina was named to the prestigious list of 20 Under 40 by the Cleveland Jewish News. Additionally, Regina is a member of several local and national professional organizations and a frequent speaker, author, and contributor to numerous publications and organizations.
