Along with Mark Powers, she developed and wrote both "The Rainmaker Program," the marketing manual used by Atticus clients, as well as the abridged version commissioned and published by The Florida Bar in 1995, entitled "The Making of a Rainmaker." In addition, Shawn has authored Time Management for Attorneys: A Lawyer's Guide to Decreasing Stress, Eliminating Interruptions & Getting Home on Time. Shawn focuses her coaching on a select group of high performing attorneys.

As a member of the Florida and Federal Bars, he gained extensive knowledge while practicing with a wide range of firms, including large full-service offices, a small boutique and solo practice firms. As a result of his Atticus training and past litigation experience, he is a powerful coach and speaker.

Through the formation of new habits, practice management systems and disciplines in client development, Glenn has assisted firms in a number of states to double their revenues and obtain a more balanced life as a result.

Phelps, the godfather of practice management, and serves as the Law Firm Business Development Manger for Atticus' Rainmakers Program.  Prior to joining Atticus, David worked for more than ten years in direct sales and sales management roles for several legal vendors including Client Profiles, Pitney Bowes Legal Solutions, and Equitrac.  He is able to share his unique insight into the legal vendor perspective having worked for a leading time & billing/case management vendor, and a leading cost recovery provider for attorneys, among others.  David has a BA in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and he resides in Atlanta.
