What the heck is a DISC and why should you care?
Mark Powers recently facilitated our Graduate Network call and was joined by Certified Practice Advisors Nora
Bergman and Regina Olbinsky. They addressed the importance of a
management and hiring tool called the DISC Behavioral Assessment. This
assessment not only provides insight into your own
personality/management style, but provides you with a social
intelligence tool that will get positive results in hiring, team
building and client conversions. On this call we discussed how to use the DISC to support:
- Reducing conflict among staff members
- Finding the strengths of potential employees and assessing if the position is right for them
- Revitalizing your current staff
